Description
In this 60 min Pilates session, you will improve physical strength, flexibility, endurance, posture, self awareness, self image and mental focus using a floor mat. Semi-private sessions are held with two participants. If you prefer full attention of your Pilates trainer, consider our Private Pilates Sessions with Equipment.
Semi-Private Pilates sessions are also available as single session pass.
